a lot of things have happened within the past couple of months, it's kind of insane! a lot of things that i never would have imagined would happen, happened. it's definitely been a roller coaster ride not in the sense of "ups and downs" but more "twists and turns" if you get my jist :)
i finally "met" my roommates for the upcoming year. to be honest, i'm pretty relieved! i've heard so many horror stories about roommate situations and personality conflicts but from the looks of it right now, it looks like it will be pretty smooth sailing. seriously all i can do is thank God for that! we'll see how things unfold as the year goes on.
it's definitely sad to see friends go off to college, move on to another phase of their lives where you won't be in it as often as you were. i guess it's sort of hard to let go of high school and the high school relationships, but i've realized that these high school relationships aren't ending but just moving on to the next phase where we can all come back home thanksgiving break and start right where we left off. i KNOW some of the friends i've made in high school really will be friends for life.
asking God for guidance and for His will to prevail.
