studio time is down time

despite the fact that I incessantly complain about being at the studio and how long it takes to make one decent print, I really enjoy my time here. in the studio, it's usually no one else but me, especially when I'm here late, and I get to spend time doing what (I think) I love. other times, other art majors are in here printing their pictures that look way better than mine but being around these kinds of people drives me to go out and make better pictures. it's usually quiet, besides the roar of the processor machine, but being in the darkroom, I feel at home. It's a good place to wind down from the stressful day and kind of immerse myself in my element.
